v1.0.16.2 - Fix malformed Open Packaging Convention metadata that produced PartName="//LICENSE" in [Content_Types].xml and caused the XrmToolBox portal error "Part URI cannot start with two forward slashes." Root package files now use relative package paths without a leading slash, and validation blocks double-slash content-type overrides. No plugin behavior changes.
